The Sophisticated Snoop, presented by the American Martyrs Parent Association, is an annual event that gives people the unique opportunity to view some of the most fascinating homes in the Manhattan Beach area.

One of the five homes on the 2019 tour is the Condren home. Located in Hermosa Beach, this property features many great design elements including Ecocentrix’s sophisticated, contemporary landscape architecture.
